Where we ship

We currently ship across India.

Shipping charges

Shipping is free on every order. There is no minimum spend, and no charge is added at checkout.

Dispatch time

Orders are packed and dispatched within two business days. Orders placed on a weekend or a public holiday are dispatched on the next working day.

Delivery time

Once dispatched, most orders arrive within 3 to 7 business days. Remote pin codes can take a little longer. Estimated delivery times are shown at checkout for your pin code.

Cash on Delivery

Cash on Delivery is available on most orders across serviceable pin codes. A small handling fee may apply and is shown clearly at checkout before you place your order.

Tracking your order

You will receive a tracking link by email as soon as your order ships. You can also view your orders at any time by signing in to your account.

Delivery attempts

Our courier partners make up to three delivery attempts. Please make sure the phone number on your order is reachable, as couriers usually call before delivering. If all attempts fail, the parcel returns to us and we will contact you about a refund or a re-shipment.

Returns

Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery on unused items in their original packaging. See our Returns & Exchanges page for the full policy.

Fragile items

Ceramics, glass and other fragile items are double-boxed. If something arrives damaged, email us within 48 hours with photographs and we will replace it or refund you in full.
